Like many parents and ambitious Americans out there, I juggle a lot of activities. Typical American, I succumb to “work hard, play hard.” Although “play” often gets put on the back burner and with that my serenity and health goals. So I’ve created this daily progress sheet to track and capture those items that in my heart are important to me for many good reasons.
There are twelve, hence the title “Daily Dozen.” I realize I may not achieve all of them every day but if I tape this up where I’ll see it frequently, I know I’ll do better overall. I’ve included both my example and a blank sheet for your daily dozen.
